Question: What are proof pictures and how do they work?

Answer: Proof pictures are similar to what is known as "salute" photos. They are used to show that the person in the photo REALLY is you. Usually a proof picture consists of you holding up a sign with your username on it saying To submit a proof photo go to "My Photos" and click "Submit as proof photo" on the photo that you wish to send in. The photo will automatically be moved to it's own place once it is accepted by a Site Administrator. This may take anywhere from a few minutes to a day, depending on how busy we are. You will gain an "Approved Member" title in the forum and everyone will be able to view your proof picture. You may delete your proof picture at any given time but then you will lose your title and you will be required to submit another one before you gain the title back.
