Change or Forgotten Password

If you have forgotten your account name, lost or want to change your password, please enter the email address associated with your account and click the button below. We will email you your username and a change password code which can used to change your password. You may only request one password change every 24 hours and the code will be valid for those 24 hours.

If you lost or cannot access your email address you will not be able to change your password. However, you can first go HERE to change your email address and then (once confirmed) come back here to change your password.
